Starting a New School

Christian schools have been the fastest growing sector in Australian education over the past twenty years.

Three new Christian parent controlled schools have been established in 2004 (NT), 2005 (SA) and 2006 (NSW). Many established associations are planting new schools or campuses in adjacent growth areas.

If you are interested in starting a Christian school in your area, CPCS provides a starter kit with information about establishing an association, developing constitutions; promoting Christian education locally; fulfilling government requirements; procuring land and buildings; appointing staff; developing a Christian educational programme and other relevant issues.

As much as possible fledgling associations are linked with established schools for ongoing support.
