These six Core Values define who we are as an organisation.
Core value 1
The Bible’s central place in the life of our associations and school communities.
- Christ revealed through reading and interpreting Scripture correctly
- Parents, teachers, leaders and other staff, applying biblical perspectives and principles to curriculum, processes, structures and all areas of association and school life

Christian parents having a determinative and ongoing involvement in setting the direction of the school.
- Support and empower parents as the primary educators of their children
- Strong ownership for and long-term commitment to the vision for Christian education within the parent community
- True partnership between parents and professional educators
Core value 3
Associations and schools demonstrating a vibrant biblical faith in every aspect of activity.
- A Christian world and life view is actively explored, explained and embodied
- The equipping as authentic disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ
- Training and equipping staff and leaders to apply biblical perspectives and principles to their roles
Core value 4
A national community supported by and accountable to each other.

- Build and maintain a mutually supportive community
- Effectively represent member associations to governments and relevant agencies
- Provide services to assist members to fulfil their role in Christian education
- Provide resources to assist in training and equipping

Sharing the vision of Christian education with the wider Christian community.
- Strategically target communities where no Christian school exists
- Establish and maintain contact with church leaders to present the vision of Christian education
- Develop and share the necessary resources for associations to share the vision
